This year, the Seventh-Day Adventist Church – Quebec Conference will host a gathering in nature on August 11-13, 2023 for all church leaders at the Camping Lac aux Bouleau. At the halfway point between Montreal and Quebec, the campsite is quiet, serene and ideal for the edification of the soul far from urban distractions.

REGISTRATION

Registration is free and mandatory for all. The site we have reserved can only accommodate a certain number of participants, while ensuring the safety of all. We therefore invite you to register as soon as possible. Although you can register several participants in one transaction, we recommend that each adult registers separately, so that everyone can receive their own reservation. You will have the option to reserve three types of ticket:

DAY TICKET

These tickets allow participants who do not wish to spend the night on the campsite to access the activities taking place during the day.

DAY TICKET – CHILDREN AGED 6 TO 12

These tickets are for children aged 6 to 12 who will not be spending the night on the campsite wishing to attend the program reserved for them, prepared by the Children’s Ministry of the Federation of Quebec.

STAY-OVER TICKET

These tickets are for participants (adults and children) wishing to spend the night on the campsite in their tent or trailer. Three types of lot are available:

• Lot without service (no electricity or water)
• Lot with 15-amp service (15-amp electricity + water)
• Lot with 30-amp service (30-amp electricity + water)

N.B. These lots can accommodate a maximum of two (2) adults and three (3) children. Please note that additional fees will be charged for any additional participants.

N.B. Participants wishing to set up camp before the official start date and time of the Leaders’ Rally must make their own arrangements with Camping Lac-aux-Bouleaux (see accommodation section).

Once you have registered and reserved your tickets, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your reservation information and a QR code. Please keep this information as you will be asked for it when you arrive at the Rally.

On arrival, all participants on site will receive a colored wristband, which MUST be worn for the duration of their stay at the Leaders’ Rally.
