2024 Officers' Convention
This year, the Quebec Conference of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church will once again hold its annual Church Officers’ Convention at the CEGEP André-Laurendeau (1111, Lapierre street, Montreal, Quebec, H8N 2J4) from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, January 28, 2024.
Registration are now open and will be until the deadline on Sunday, January 21, 2024. Kindly share this information in your local churches.
Please note that each participant will only be able to take part in one workshop. If you happen to be interested in more than one, we suggest that you delegate members of the related ministries or departments to attend other presentations. We will also be serving lunch to registered member.

Frequently Asked Questions
Each year, the Quebec Conference plans a day of training to equip, empower and encourage all members holding new offices in their local churches. These trainings are offered at no cost by the Conference department leaders and favor the implementation of efficient ministries in our churches.
Whether you a a newly elected officer or a veteran, this is an opportunity to learn new strategies, renew your commitment to ministry and fellowship with your brothers and sisters in Christ!
Registration is free and mandatory for all. We must however ensure that we follow safety norms and regulations regarding the allowed number of participants within each classroom. We also want to make sure that we will have enough food to offer a meal to each registered participant. We therefore invite you to register as soon as possible.

Once you have registered, please make sure you have received your email confirmation which will include a QR code – check your junk mail – this will serve as your Entry and Meal Ticket.
Yes! Parking will be free for all attendees on Sunday, January 28, 2024.
Unfortunately, the Quebec Conference is unable to offer a workshop for every ministry at this time. However, certain ministries, like the Communication Ministries, will receive a separate invitation for further training. So make sure your Church Clerks has updated your contact information and keep an eye out for our emails!
- A free vegetarian meal will be offered to all registered members
- We encourage all members to come with their reusable water bottle. Since the Convention will be held in a CEGEP, drinking fountains will be readily available.
Unfortunately, there will be no programs for children. This event is intentionally offered to church officers.
