  1. BANK STATEMENTS
    • Twelve (12) statements from January 1st 'til December 31st of the audited year
    • Bank statement for the beginning of the following year
  2. DEPOSIT SLIPS
    • Usually one per week AND for each deposit
    • None if you are using the "Night Deposit" service
  3. CHEQUES
    • Usually sent as recto-verso photocopies with your monthly bank statement
  4. SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS FOR DISBURSEMENT (invoices and receipts)
    • Classified by ascending cheque number (not by month or by supplier)
  5. INVESTMENT(S)
    • Confirmation through an official document
  6. DEBT(S)
    • Confirmation through an official document
    • In particular, if any, the Revolving Fund statement
  7. TITHE ENVELOPES
    • Classified by week and that support the bank deposits
  8. OFFICIAL RECEIPTS FOR DONATION (for use by individuals for their income tax reports)
    • Copy of each signed receipth
  9. BUDGET OF EXPENSES for the year
    • Approved (voted) by the church
  10. VOTES ALLOWING NON BUDGETED EXPENSES
    • In particular, if any, unusual important expenses
  11. BACKUP AFTER PRINTING THE OFFICIAL RECEIPTS FOR DONATION
    • From the Donation Accounting software
    • Often, it has already been sent to the Conference by EMail
